Unlocking Milestones In Under 4 Months: 300% Increase In Revenue

Mentoria was looking for an agency partner with the potential to help them to build a strong online presence, and ensure a steady growth in ROAS. The 5-year-old firm was looking to address a root problem lingering in the industry – the lack of individual awareness about career decision-making. More often than not, students and professionals do not make career choices based on their interests or skills. The decisions were heavily influenced by social or superficial factors.

Mentoria believes that the career guidance avenues available weren’t provided to the audience rightly and ethically. They wanted to offer career counseling in its truest sense and educate the audience on what value it could bring to the table. For this, they created a comprehensive model for a wide range of audiences (8th standard to current professionals).

This model comprised multiple phases including psychometric (counseling) test, interpreting the test results with counselors, shortlisting 3-4 career options out of 10, creating portals that gave them a glimpse into ‘the life of the professional’, and conducting webinars with industry experts.

They turned to Bright Brain to make their audiences aware of this thoughtfully-built counseling model. They chose us owing to our data-driven approach and a reputation for delivering consistent results in the immediate as well as long-term, leveraging content, performance marketing, and SEO. The primary objective is driving customer acquisition through diverse strategies to achieve results, both in terms of revenue as well as month-on-month ROAS.


  1. After analyzing the problem, the team identified the right search intent-based keywords. We then targeted four different educational backgrounds (8th-9th students | 10th-12th students | college graduates | working professionals) to bring in intent-oriented leads.
  2. We prioritized the higher converting target groups to gain quality leads and eventually better revenue.
  3. Banking on the efficacy of A/B testing, distinct copies and creatives were developed to improve user engagement on social media platforms.
  4. A full-funnel sales strategy was created covering Google Search campaigns and Facebook Lead Generation campaigns. Then, incorporating Performance Max, Lookalike and Customer Database, and Dynamic Search Ads as mid-funnel and bottom-funnel campaigns at a later stage.
  5. In addition to lead generation campaigns, our team also focused on content creation to raise more awareness around career counseling. An elaborate SEO strategy was built wherein our team optimized their existing 300 blogs and 250 career guides. Currently, we have charted out a list of 60 new blog topics that can cover relevant keywords. Specific search terms are to be targeted in each of these pieces, rendering them more effective.
  6. Location-specific landing pages were created to attract more organic traffic from specific areas.
  7. The team built relevant backlinks to improve the DR score as well. Mentoria was featured in the 11th position in Henry Harvin’s article ‘Top 100 EdTech Companies in India 2022’.
    Another milestone was when BYJU’s featured Mentoria as a reference in their article, owing to improved brand visibility.
  8. Leveraging key SEO strategies, we optimized the content on their YouTube channel. We also created contextual video ads to satisfy search intent on YouTube.
  9. With a focus on high-volume/high-intent keywords like ‘career counseling’ and ‘career guidance’, we ensured that the brand’s web pages maintained top ranks on SERPs. We have also optimized the blogs with Schema Code. These content pieces highlighted on Google SERPs (in the form of featured snippets).
