Execution of Delivery Plans:

  • • Implement and manage the delivery plans as outlined by the Account Manager.
  • • Ensure all tasks are completed on time and meet the client's expectations.
  • Internal & External Communication:
  • • Maintain regular communication with clients via Calls, Email and WhatsApp, as necessary.
  • • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless and timely service delivery.
  • • Taking feedback, briefs from the client and debriefing it to the internal team and making sure that the action plans are clear.
  • Meeting Minutes and Updates:
  • • Create and distribute Minutes of Meetings (MOMs) to clients and internal teams.
  • • Provide timely updates to all stakeholders via Email for the MOM update
  • Reporting:
  • • Update and manage weekly trackers to monitor progress and performance.
